Equal parts of eggs, cottage cheese, and oatmeal (plus spices, extract, and sweetener)
I like to do a big batch and freeze them by 2’s. They are easy to thaw out for breakfast.
My favorite version of the pancakes:
I can of pumpkin unsweetened
2 cups of Oatmeal
16 oz. of cottage cheese
Pumpkin pie spice- as much as desired
Blend it up! These are all the ingredients you need. Cook them like a pancake.
Overnight oats-Mrs. Midkiff
1/2c oats (any kind)
1/2c almond milk
½ of a banana
Put all these in a Mason jar, shake, and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
You can add anything else you want in the morning. I typically put cinnamon and honey in mine with other fresh fruits.
